Hi!
Just wondering if anyone has experienced this and has any advice. My period was basically done and I was feeling fine, I decided to do a 20min light workout (e.g. squats, lunges)no weights, I then went on my walking pad for almost an hour (regretting this now!). The next day I noticed my lower abdomen/pelvic area felt really sore, like a deep sore feeling and dull pain. I’ve experienced this deep sore feeling in the past after doing a core workout but it only lasted a couple days. It’s now day 4 of this, is this a flare up? I had my endo ablation surgery last year August.
Hey, I have a similar experience – I can only really tolerate short like walks. I’ve been trying to be consistent in the gym but 9/10 times I’ll be in a lot of pain for days after – cramping, leg pain, sciatica flare.
I would call it a flare up I guess, I’m still trying to wrap my head around what is and isn’t 😂😂 Hope this helps and hope you feel better soon xx
