    Does anyone else get really deep, achy intense pain about an hour after having sex? I’m absolutely fine during but it’s afterwards that really finishes me. Sometimes that pain can last for ages, I can’t get up by myself for days etc. Thankfully my partner is an absolute star and so understanding and caring, so no problems there, but I still end up feeling bad in so many ways. Even though I enjoy sex. Kmt. I’m just tired. And wondering whether anyone else goes through the same thing. <3

    Girl yes, I do sometimes aswell. Like a crampy dull ache after. This is why being with someone who’s understanding is so important because you may even be in too much pain to get up and do the whole after care yourself. Hot water bottle, water, and lots of resting!even a hot bubble bath with muscle relaxing bath salts!🤍🤍
