      I’ve been realising that my pain has become all cycle long rather than just my period and ovulation. When does everyone else experience their flare ups and what are your symptoms

        Omg my flare happen all month long aswell. They get worse when my hormones fluctuate so when I’m ovulating, right before my period and during, but i definitely have bad flare ups on random days

          I feel like mine are very sporadic or I just haven’t picked on all my triggers so for example I know if I let my bladder get too full for more than like 10 mins without peeing I’m about experience my body go into overdrive and I’ll be in a world of pain. But I do have leg pains and back pain just very randomly outside ovulation and period. It’s just not as intense
